BIG EYE, LITTLE EYE

This is the story of my daughter's "fake eye." After my daughter's eye was removed at the age of two, the ocularist had a tough time with the first fitting and made it too big. To his credit, it was hard to gauge size when they are that small. Since they grow so fast, you don't want to make it too small and have it fall out, but when it's too big, it looks strange. The first time she had it put in, I took her to the mirror, didn't say a word and waited for her to speak. She got closer and closer until she was inches away from the mirror and pointed at the fake eye and simply said, "big eye," then pointed to her real eye and said, "little eye."
CANCER WARRIOR; THE WISE PRINCESS

There is certainly something in a name, isn't there? We chose the name Sarah for my daughter years before she was born, and Sophia was chosen shortly before she was born. In Hebrew, Sarah means "Princess," and Sophia means "Wisdom."
Once upon a time, a Wise Princess was born a Cancer Warrior.
She would have many adventures as she traveled to mysterious places. But throughout all her experiences, she always relied upon the training she received before coming to this extraordinary and unusual land.
